Requirements of 10-year Golden Visa UAE for investors

  • A copy of Passport + residence Visa (passport must be valid for more than 3 months & Visa must be issued from Dubai).
  • A new personal photo with white background.
  • A financial report for the last two years, audited by a licensed auditing company + the commercial license of the auditing company + the auditor’s license.
  • A copy of the trade license + partners’ appendix page.
  • Vat returns 1 years.

Requirements of 10-year Golden Visa UAE for PHD holder

  • Clear scan color copy of the applicant’s passport, (the passport must be valid for more than 90 days).
  • A new personal photo with white background.
  • NOC from the University to apply for the Golden Visa.
  • Employment contract for the private sector or salary certificate for governmental or semi-governmental entities.
  • A bank statement showing the salary and that it is not less than 30,000 dirhams for the past six months.
  • ICP nomination approval for Golden Visa.

Holders of the Golden Visa are entitled to apply for dependent visas for their family members. They must provide the following documentation with their application:

The process of obtaining a Golden Visa in Dubai
