A \u201cTo whom it may concern letter\u201d or certificate of owned properties is issued for a Statement of Customer Property or a Certificate of Satisfaction of Property Management Requirements. It is a document that is issued to persons and agencies, to be directed to official authorities, to prove the ownership of properties referenced in the document.<\/p>\n

Through this service, the customer can apply for the issuance of a statement of their property or a certificate of fulfilling the property management requirements. Real estate owners wishing to acquire this document can apply through our three specialized DLD-authorized centres across Dubai.<\/p>\n

Issuing \u201cto whom it may concern\u201d letter can be done within a few minutes, provided that the application is submitted during the working hours of the Dubai Land Department.<\/p>\n
