  • Unit/ Villa Valuation Charge is AED 4,263.50
  • Land Valuation Charge is AED 2,211
  • Building Valuation Charge is AED 6473.50

Property Valuation Duration:

It takes between 1 to 8 working days to process and issue a real estate valuation certificate.

Documents Required for Property Valuation Application:

  • Property valuation application form.
  • Letter from the owner and a copy of the passport and Emirates ID.
  • Copy of the title deed of the property.
  • Copy of the property Map, if any.
